Could also be entitled "Dave the fat bastard". Currently weighing in at around 194 lbs which is far too much for me.

Now I did diet before and managed to get down to a far more respectable 168 lbs and if I can get near that again I will be happy. Hopefully this time I won't have the "personal" crisis that made me put it all back on again.

Worst case I keep the profits of SlimFast up!

Now to aid in this new diet I got myself a cheap set of scales that takes all these wonderful different measurements, can't say I understand all of them and they don't seem very consistent although it may be me that's not consistent. As such I have now decided to just produce the weight measurement as that's all that really matters
