Peter Mellor is an English-born American former professional footballer whose playing career as a goalkeeper spanned three decades. He played 17 years in the top three tiers of English professional soccer with Burnley, Fulham, Hereford United, and Portsmouth. He is now a coach, in the United States.

1963 – Ming-Na Wen

Ming-Na Wen is an American actress. (She has been credited with and without her family name “Wen”, but most credits since the late 1990s have been without it. She has been known by such variants of her name as Ming-Na, Ming Na, Ming Na Wen and Ming Wen.) She is known for playing the role of Melinda May in the ABC action drama series Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. and for voicing Fa Mulan, one of the Disney Princesses, in the films Mulan and Mulan II, the video game Kingdom Hearts II, and in the Disney animated series Sofia the First. She is due to reprise her role as Mulan in Ralph Breaks the Internet: Wreck-It Ralph 2.

Wen is also known for her role as Dr. Jing-Mei “Deb” Chen on the medical drama series ER. She was the series lead of the show Inconceivable, a medical drama that was aired on NBC, but the show was short-lived. The show is one of the few American television shows with an Asian American series lead. She is also known for her roles on the main casts of the animated series The Batman and the sci-fi series Stargate Universe. Besides television, she is notable for starring in the films The Joy Luck Club, Street Fighter, and Final Fantasy: The Spirits Within.

Joel Edward McHale is an American comedian, actor, writer, television producer, and television host. He is known for hosting The Soup and portraying Jeff Winger on the NBC/Yahoo! sitcom Community. He has appeared in such films as Spy Kids: All the Time in the World (2011) and Ted (2012). He also starred in the CBS sitcom The Great Indoors.

1975 – Joshua Gomez

Joshua Eli Gomez is an American actor best known for his role as Morgan Grimes on Chuck. He is the younger brother of actor Rick Gomez. Gomez appeared in a recurring role in the CBS series Without a Trace as computer tech James Mackeroy. He appeared in a series of IBM commercials, a series of Wendy’s commercials (Ranch Tooth), and a commercial for Garmin. He also made a cameo on Freddy’s Nightmares. He played Sammy Stinger in Bring It On Again, 2004.

As a voice actor, Gomez played Baralai in the video game Final Fantasy X-2, opposite his brother Rick’s character, Gippal, and as Parker in Turok. He also had a small part at the beginning of BioShock as Johnny. In September 2007, he began starring in the NBC series Chuck as the title character’s friend, Morgan Grimes. Gomez is friends with Chuck co-star, Zachary Levi, in real life. Joshua was nominated for Outstanding Male Performance in the Comedy Television Series at the 2008 ALMA Awards.

1946 – Norman Lovett

Norman Lovett is an English stand-up comedian and actor, best known for the role of Holly in Red Dwarf during the first, second, seventh (as a guest star) and eighth series. His comedy has a quiet, dead-pan surrealism, and in 2000 he made a successful stand up tour, co-headlining with Chris Barrie, who played Rimmer in Red Dwarf. Lovett was born in Windsor, Berkshire.

1950 – John Candy

John Franklin Candy (Died: March 4, 1994) was a Canadian actor and comedian known mainly for his work in Hollywood films. Candy rose to fame as a member of the Toronto branch of the Second City and its related Second City Television series, and through his appearances in such comedy films as Stripes, Splash, Cool Runnings, Summer Rental, The Great Outdoors, Spaceballs, and Uncle Buck, as well as more dramatic roles in Only the Lonely and JFK. One of his most renowned onscreen performances was as Del Griffith, the loquacious, on-the-move shower-curtain ring salesman in the John Hughes comedy Planes, Trains and Automobiles.

While filming the Western parody Wagons East!, Candy died of a heart attack in Durango, Mexico, on March 4, 1994, aged 43. His final two films, Wagons East! and Canadian Bacon, are dedicated to his memory.

1975 – Julia Lee

Julia Lee Stander is an American actress. Her roles include Anne Steele in Angel (2001–2004) and the title character in the cult comedy film Ophelia Learns to Swim (2001). She has also appeared in Charmed.

In 2006, Disneyland refurbished its Haunted Mansion attraction. For this project, Lee became the body of the character, Constance Hatchaway (voice by Kat Cressida). In 2007, Lee and Cressida’s version of Constance was also installed in Walt Disney World’s Mansion.

1979 – Ricardo Fuller

Ricardo Dwayne Fuller is a retired Jamaican professional footballer who played as a striker.

Fuller started his football career with Jamaican side Tivoli Gardens, before he moved to England with Crystal Palace in February 2001. He returned to Jamaica and then went on loan to Hearts, before joining Preston North End. He scored 27 goals in 58 League game at Preston, which prompted Portsmouth to pay £1million for his services. Fuller failed to make an impact at Portsmouth and joined rivals Southampton in 2005 before Stoke City signed him for £500,000 in August 2006.

Fuller played 37 times for Portsmouth scoring 1 goal between 2004 – 2005

Anneke Wills (born Anna Katarina Willys) is an English actress, best known for her role as the Doctor Who companion Polly in the long-running BBC science fiction television series Doctor Who.

1971 – Dannii Minogue

Dannii Minogue is an Australian singer, dancer, songwriter, model, fashion designer, and actress. Dannii rose to prominence in the early 1980s for her roles in the Australian television talent show Young Talent Time with another known fellow Australian Tina Arena and the soap opera Home and Away, before beginning her career as a pop singer in the early 1990s. Minogue achieved early success with hits such as “Love and Kisses”, “This is It”, “Jump to the Beat” and “Baby Love”, though by the release of her second album, her popularity as a singer had declined, leading her to make a name for herself with award-winning performances in musicals with Grease and also in Notre Dame De Paris, as well as other acting credits in The Vagina Monologues and as Lady Macbeth. The late 1990s saw a brief return to music after Minogue reinvented herself as a dance artist with “All I Wanna Do”, her first number one UK Club hit.

Niall Matter is a Canadian actor.

Following recovery from a serious accident sustained whilst working on Canadian oil rigs, Matter chose to pursue a full-time acting career. He received his first significant break in 2007, with a main role in teen drama The Best Years. Later in the same year, he joined the cast of Eureka as bad-boy genius Zane Donovan. In 2009 he had a small supporting role in Zack Snyder’s film Watchmen. He went on to star as Evan Cross in the short-lived 2012 series Primeval: New World. His career subsequently moved away from science fiction, seeing him star in several television movies, as well as joining Canadian series such as Remedy, Arctic Air and When Calls the Heart.

Joseph Thomas “Joe” Morton, Jr. is an American stage, television, and film actor. He worked with film director John Sayles in The Brother from Another Planet (1984), City of Hope (1991) and Lone Star (1996). Other films he appeared in include Terminator 2: Judgment Day (1991), Of Mice and Men (1992), Speed (1994), Apt Pupil (1998), What Lies Beneath (2000), Ali (2001), Paycheck (2003), Stealth (2005) and American Gangster (2007).

In 2014, Morton won the Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Guest Actor in a Drama Series for his role as Eli Pope, Olivia Pope’s father, in Scandal, and is known for playing the role of Henry Deacon on the popular TV series Eureka.

1950 – Bill Murray

William James Murray is an American actor, comedian, and writer. He first gained exposure on Saturday Night Live, a series of performances that earned him his first Emmy Award, and later starred in comedy films—including Meatballs (1979), Caddyshack (1980), Stripes (1981), Tootsie (1982), Ghostbusters (1984), Scrooged (1988), Ghostbusters II (1989), What About Bob? (1991), and Groundhog Day (1993). He also co-directed Quick Change (1990).

Murray garnered additional critical acclaim later in his career, starring in Lost in Translation (2003), which earned him a Golden Globe and a BAFTA Award for Best Actor, as well as an Academy Award nomination for Best Actor. He also received Golden Globe nominations for his roles in Ghostbusters, Rushmore (1998), Hyde Park on Hudson (2012), St. Vincent (2014), and the HBO miniseries Olive Kitteridge (2014), for which he later won his second Primetime Emmy Award.
