Sid James

Sid James (born Solomon Joel Cohen) was a South African-born British character actor and comedy actor. Appearing in British films from 1947, his profile was raised as Tony Hancock's co-star in Hancock's Half Hour, first in the radio series and later when it was adapted for television. Afterwards, he became known as a regular performer in the Carry On films, appearing in nineteen films of the series, with the top billing role in 17 (in the other two he was cast below Frankie Howerd). Meanwhile, his starring roles in television sitcoms continued for the rest of his life. He starred alongside Diana Coupland in the 1970s sitcom Bless This House until his death in 1976.

Ray Harryhausen

Raymond Frederick Harryhausen was an American-British artist, designer, visual effects creator, writer and producer who created a form of stop-motion model animation known as "Dynamation".

His most memorable works include: working with his mentor Willis H. O'Brien on the animation for Mighty Joe Young (1949), his first color film, which won the Academy Award for Best Visual Effects; The 7th Voyage of Sinbad(1958); and Jason and the Argonauts (1963), which featured a famous sword fight with seven skeleton warriors. His last film was Clash of the Titans (1981), after which he retired.

Alan Hugh Dale is a New Zealand actor. As a child, Dale enjoyed theatre and rugby. After retiring from the sport, he took on a number of professions, before deciding to become a professional actor at age 27. With work limited in New Zealand, Dale moved to Australia, where he played Dr. John Forrest in The Young Doctors from 1979 to 1982. He later appeared as Jim Robinson in Neighbours, a part he played from 1985 until 1993. He left the series when he fell out with the producers over the pay he and the rest of the cast received.

Steve Jolliffe is an English musician.

After meeting Rick Davies in the late '60s Jollieffe played with him in a band called the Joint. He left the Joint to study music at the Berlin Konservatorium. There he met Edgar Froese and played with one of the earliest incarnations of Tangerine Dream. He subsequently joined the band Steamhammer, a blues-rock outfit that experienced moderate success in the early '70s, touring extensively and recording two albums. After the band split up, Jolliffe composed the music for John Samson's 1973 documentary, Tattoo.
