Midfielder pens Blues deal.
Pompey have agreed a deal to sign midfielder Danny Rose on a two-year contract.
The 28-year-old – who won the League Two title with Northampton last term – will officially become a Blues player on July 1.
Rose joined Northampton back in February and scored once in 15 appearances as the Cobblers cruised to the title.
The former Manchester United trainee previously appeared for Newport, Fleetwood and Oxford, playing more than 100 times for the latter in three separate spells.
